How to Use:
Pour the contents of 1 bath jar (or the desired portion) into warm running bath water.
Stir to dissolve completely.
Soak for 20–30 minutes while breathing deeply and relaxing.
Rinse lightly if desired and pat skin dry.
Tips: For a stronger effect, enjoy two or three soaks per week, or combine salts with a few drops of your favorite essential oil for a customized experience.
