  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
  • Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • We utilize UPS Ground, 2nd day and Overnight shipping in order to minimize the time our products are in transit and sitting on hot trucks.
  • All packages are shipped with insurance, in the event a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 1-3 business days.
  • We may use recycled boxes and/or packing materials in order to keep costs down so we can pass those savings on to our customers.
  • Once your package leaves our possession, we cannot be responsible for delays or issues in transit.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to freshness and purity, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@simplyhonestco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are made to order and are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
