NOTICE: Despite our best efforts to avoid seepage of DMSO during shipping, DMSO’s ability to permeate microscopic gaps (especially under heat or pressure changes during shipping) may result in minor seepage or scent. This is a normal characteristic of the compound and does not indicate a defect or leakage in the product itself. 
To clean any residue: wipe bottle and cap with a paper towel and rubbing alcohol. If shrink bands are broken, use a heat gun or blow dryer to apply the enclosed replacements. Keep upright, out of direct sunlight.

DURING COLD MONTHS, THIS PRODUCT SHIPS WITHOUT THE LABEL ATTACHED AS IT WILL FREEZE DURING SHIPPING. LABEL WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY AND CAN BE APPLIED ONCE PRODUCT COMES BACK TO ROOM TEMPERATURE. DMSO freezes at 66˚F and may arrive frozen. This will not affect the product. Run under warm water only until product dissolves back into liquid. DO NOT microwave to defrost.
